Last updated: October 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how D&P BIM Services LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit dpbimservices.com or contact us. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you and to work on your projects.

1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is D&P BIM Services LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, USA.
Address: 30 N Gould St #64431, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA
Email: info@dpbimservices.com

Our team works from the United States and the European Union. For this reason we apply the standards of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to all personal data we process, wherever you are located.

2. What data we collect

  • Quote request form: name, company, email, phone, the type of client you are, project location, project details, the services you need, deadline, optional budget range, files or links you choose to share, and whether you would like to sign an NDA.
  • Emails and calls: the information you include when you contact us directly.
  • Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the website and protect it against attacks.
  • Visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregated, anonymous statistics (number of visits, pages viewed, country, referring website and device type). It does not use cookies, does not identify you and does not track you across websites.

We do not use cookies or tracking technologies, and we do not collect data for advertising. See ourCookie Policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Confidentiality of your project files

Drawings, models and any other project information you share are treated as confidential. They are used only to prepare your quote or deliver our services, and are never shared or used as references or portfolio material without your written permission. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you share any files.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Quote requests that do not lead to a project: one (1) year from our last contact.
  • Clients: for the duration of our business relationship, and afterwards for as long as required by applicable accounting, tax or legal obligations.
  • Technical data processed by our hosting provider: for short periods, according to its security policies.

After these periods, the data is securely deleted.

6. Who we share your data with

We only share personal data with service providers that help us run our business, under data processing agreements:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. – website hosting, security, delivery and anonymous visit statistics.
  • Microsoft Corporation – business email (Microsoft 365).
  • Resend, Inc. – delivery of quote form submissions to our inbox. Submissions are sent to us by email and are not used by Resend for any other purpose.

We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect our legal rights. We never share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

7. International transfers

Because we operate in the United States and the European Union, your data may be processed in both. Transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses used by our service providers.

8. Your rights

You can, at any time and free of charge:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct or delete it;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • receive your data in a portable format.

To exercise these rights, email us at info@dpbimservices.com. We will reply within one month. If you are in the European Union and believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).

9. California residents

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. Because our website does not track visitors over time or across other websites, we do not respond differently to "Do Not Track" browser signals: there is no tracking to stop.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access restricted to the people who need it to work on your request.

11. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
